In Scripture; This is what "The Messiah" (Son of GOD) Said:

17. "Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.

If We Now have "Grace"; And our Sins have Already been Atoned for. Why Should We Pay Attention To HIS Law?

Now Let's Take a Deeper Look at some Related Scripture!
(Mark 12:28-31) & (Matthew 22:36-38) What does this First / Great Commandment Really Mean?
** (Luke 10:25-28 - Deuteronomy 6:1-7, 10:12-17, ** Deuteronomy 11:1 - ("Always"), 22 ** Joshua 22:5) **
* Yes, This IS The Familiar Reference The Messiah Was Teaching / Quoting from!
It Deals With The LORD (YHWH's) Commandments (HOW Will "You" Love & Reverence HIM) ?
* The First Part of The Ten Commandments Relates to Our Heavenly Father, the Second Part, relates to Man!
(Which in a nutshell relates right back to Our Heavenly Father, because HE's The One That Tells us how to be with man!)
Now Earlier, I mentioned The Famous Romans Chapter 10!
(Quoted throughout Many (or should I say "Most") of the Churches in the world Today!)
Some Talk About That Famous Romans Road; being the Road One Must Travel To Salvation!
Of-course, when reflecting on that Chapter, Two main things seem to pop out!
(#1. "The End of The Law" & #2. Salvation through Belief and Confession in/of The Messiah)
We will Take a Closer Look at this Shortly! For now, you can review the Chapter if you wish.
Key Verses!
The rest of the Chapter deals with Old Testament stuff, prior to The Messiah and The Cross!
Now Before we can Rightly Divide The above Scriptures with True Meaning, we need a little more background and education!
So we will come back to this shortly!
First, We Need An Understanding of the following!
8. But we know that the Law is good if a man use it lawfully,
Hmmmmmmm
9. knowing this: that the Law is not made for a righteous man [Most have NO idea what this really means!]
but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
[ The Law is for: The Lawless, Disobedient, Unholy, and for Sinners! ]
10. for whoremongers, for those who defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjurers,
and for "whatever else" is Contrary to Sound Doctrine
What "Sound Doctrine" do you think he was talking about?
11. according to the glorious Gospel of the blessed GOD, which was committed to my trust.
Ok... Let's Examine the Above!
1. Paul States that "The Law Is Good!" Just like we see he did earlier in (Romans Chapter 7:12-13)
Romans 7:12 - Wherefore, the Law is Holy, and The Commandment Holy, and Just, and Good!Romans 7:13 - Was then that which is Good made death unto me? GOD Forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that Which Is Good ---- that sin by the Commandment might become exceedingly sinful.2. Paul lets us know That Not all people were using The Law - Lawfully!
Even Today, and throughout History - there have been Corrupt Police, Politicians, Judges, etc., (Many know this to be true!)3. Paul tells us that The Law was made for: The Lawless, Disobedient [disobedient to what? - GOD's Teachings!], and Sinners!
Guess What... We All Have Been Disobedient, and We All Have Sinned, and Fallen Short!
Better Yet, Read: (1 John 1:8)
The Un-Holy Part...
(Exodus 19:5-8, Numbers 15:40, Deuteronomy 26:16-19, etc., - Should give a clue!)

4. Paul tells us that The Law was not made for The Righteous Man! (We will get to this later!)
5. Paul summarizes, by Stating: Use of The Law is for Whatever (Anything) that is Contrary to Sound Doctrine! (Sound Teaching!)
What could be more Sound, than The Teachings of GOD?
Think Wisely on that one!
Taking it to a Deeper Level now...
We are gearing up to ultimately understand: ( Galatians 2:19 )
19. For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto GOD.
We will first look at some more Scripture for proper understanding!
Romans 8:6-14 (Is grossly misunderstood by many people). It is actually a Plea for “The Law Of GOD” vs. the flesh/sin.
Here is a little of the context!
Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be Spiritually minded is life and peace.
* Remember Earlier (In the Previous Chapter of Romans), That Paul Tells us That: The Law is Spiritual! (Romans 7:14)
Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity [hostility/hatred - reason of opposition] against GOD:
[why] for it is not subject [not Obedient], to the law of God, neither indeed can be.Write to me, if you need this verse further explained to you!
Rom 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot, please GOD.
Why? - How can you please GOD; when you are Ignoring/even going against HIS Will, Teachings or Commandments?
Hmmmmmmmm... Don't think to long on this one! ;-)
Here is a Section of Scripture that many loose sight of!
(Galatians 3:14-29) - Emphasis on Verses 24-25!
** The Schoolmaster (The Law of GOD) teaches us, so that we can one day Graduate unto Faith [persuasion / moral conviction] ...
Let's take a closer look at the above Statement! We will spend a little time here!
We (Most of us) have been to, and/or possibly completed High School! Weren't there Qualifications to Graduate from High School?
Question: If you were in the 7th Grade, and did not pay attention in Class.
Do you think that you would do good on, or even Pass the Tests or Quizzes that were given to you? (Most would Not!)If you kept failing your Tests, do you think your Teacher should, or would give you a passing grade? (to Advance!)If this was a - Just, and Sincere Teacher! (One That Cared About his/her Responsibility & Job!) - The Answer Should Be NO!
If you cared, and took the time to Study, then apply what you have learned; you should do better, right!
Now, Once you pass the class & that Grade, you should logically go onto the next Grade, and start the process all over again, right!
This Pattern should keep taken place throughout your School Years, until you Graduate!
If you keep Failing The Tests, Most Likely You will Never Graduate! You will just keep repeating the same classes or Grade!
Sort of Like The Children of Israel in The Wilderness (going around in circles for 40 years because they kept failing the Tests!)
(Deuteronomy 8:2, Hebrews 3:9-11)
Note: If You Keep Failing The Tests, Quizzes, and Exams... Most Likely You will stay in the same Grade, unless The Teacher gets Tired of you, and you get Expelled. (It's odd to see a 40 year old man, still in a 2nd Grade Class, year after year failing the tests).
Now, on the other hand...
Once You Graduate From The 12th Grade (End of High School for Most!) - Are you "Required" to continue going to that School, or repeat the same Grades again? Question: Once you Graduate from the 12th Grade, is it required to pass the 3rd Grade again as a Student?
The Answer is NO! What you Learn, you are expected to take with you, and Apply when needed!
4 + 4 = 8 Do you have to keep going back to Elementary School to learn that? Obviously, The Answer is NO!
Let's Bring it back to the Scriptural Context!
If the Law was/is Our Schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ [Messiah].
It has to be Teaching Something, Right!
What it Teaches, is GOD's Will! That Sin is a Transgression Against GOD, and that We are Guilty of Doing things Against GOD!
We Learned Earlier that "Sin" is a Transgression Against - GOD's Law! (1 John 3:4) - [New Testament!] Because we have done this, we are Disobedient and Filthy in HIS Sight! On a Deeper Level, Since Sin bringeth forth Death, We are Dead in Our Sins!
(John 6:45)
So You see; Many Teach that we should come to Christ [Messiah] for Love, Joy, Peace and Happiness!
* Walk the isle in Church, Repeat the So Called Sinner's Prayer, and everything will be Alright!
People actually Hi-Five, Clap and Cheer others on just for repeating a prayer,
- that sometimes, might not even be believed by the person saying it.
But then the individual person (who repeated the prayer) could go home, and might have the Electricity shut off, could get fired from the job he/she was working at, could be evicted, The girlfriend/wife, boyfriend/husband - Could leave the relationship, a child could die, or some other unforeseen event could take place... Even multiple events/unfortunate things could happen around the same time!
That person could think... The Pastor told me that I would get Love, Joy, Peace and Happiness by accepting "Jesus" in my heart!
- That by repeating "his" prayer, everything "will" get better for me after doing that!
Well, things have actually gotten worse since I did it! He must have been Lying to me! (Love, Joy, Peace & Happiness didn't come!) I'm not going back there anymore, in-fact, I'm done with this whole Church/ "Jesus" / Savior stuff all together!
Note: The Same Applies if using name "Yahushua" instead of "Jesus" if one does not have true understanding for the motivation!
In this case... There was more Hurt done, than Help to the individual! And that person would be harder to witness to, in the future!
** In this case, the person would have been sidelined - from the Road to Salvation! (So to Speak!)
On The Flip Side...
Because we have Transgressed The Law [Sinned]; And because Sin Brings forth Death!
GOD’s Law, Opens Our Eyes - That We Need The Blood of The Lamb To Cleanse Us From All Sin! [Past!]
** 1 John 1:7-10 ** [Romans 3:25]
And without Adhering to HIS Word, Accepting what Both The Messiah & His Father did for us, we would still be Dead in our Sins!
(John 3:5, 17:17, Ephesians 5:26 - Are Significant Ingredients also to the Above Mentioned Scriptures!)
So, this is the Reason why we come to Christ [Messiah]. Because if we don't, we would still be Dead in our Sins!
After we do that, We Still Need To Adhere to GOD's Word, (HIS "Teachings") To Keep us Clean/Away from Sin!
Now, if some of those bad/unfortunate things were to happen, we would not get Angry with the Church/Pastor for presumably telling us a Lie. We would still be happy with ourselves, because we would know that we still have a promised True Life with GOD, etc.,
To add another layer on this, we would have to see (Galatians 5:18-23).
Galatians 5:18-23 - (Those that Walk by the Spirit, Do NOT (Don’t) Transgress the Law!)
1 John 3:4 - “... for Sin is The Transgression of The Law”
* You don’t break the Law when you Abide by The Law! That is why it is termed - not being under it!** No One Breaks Righteous Law, by Righteous Living! Love, having peace, having goodness, having faith (moral conviction!), etc.,
We should understand (Galatians 2:19) somewhat Better now!
19. For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto GOD.
If you Speed, Blue Lights! Run the Stop Sign, Blue Lights! Ignore the Traffic Light, and you get Blue Lights - (Police Cars/Penalty!)
Abide by The Law, and [there should be] No Blue Lights/Penalty (from/to the Righteous!)
** If so, Just Read (1 Peter 2:19-20) **
Important; The Scriptures even tell us we should be Teaching Our Children HIS Law! (How we should Raise our Children!)
What were we to teach our Children? (Ephesians 6:4, Proverbs 22:6 [Train up a Child], Deuteronomy 5:29, 6:7-9 / 11:19-22)
This is so they will "Know" [Now And Later!] between Good and Bad!
And After being taught, and conditioned to doing Good (As a Way of Life!)
There Shouldn't be Any Blue Lights/Penalty [as a result from Doing Good!] Basis: The Righteous unto The Righteous! (So to Speak!)
By understanding, that there is NO Law against Doing Good - [Doing GOD's Will / By Doing The things GOD wants us to do!];
We Should Understand this Statement!
When we can Understand the Above Statement; The following Verse will make sense! - ( Romans 4:15 )
Romans 4:15
- Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.
And Therefore, we are set at Liberty!
(James 1:22-25 / 2:11-12, 1 Peter 2:15-25, etc.,)
Paul Patterned his life after this manner: (1 Corinthians 9:20-21); and wrote what we saw earlier in: (Romans 6:14-23)
The Messiah Patterned His Life, by Abiding by "His" Heavenly Father's Law Also!
(Luke 4:16, John 5:30 / 8:28-29, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Hebrews 4:15, 1 Peter 2:21-23, etc.,)
And (Hebrews 13:8) - [An Inspired Scripture of GOD] Tells us that He is The "Same Yesterday, Today, and Forever!!!"
Better Recognize!
While Thinking of this; One should note: To Fully Preach GOD’s Law, One would have to also be an Example of it!!!
The Messiah is Also Our Example!
Which Brings us back to Romans Chapter 10!
When we look at Romans 10:4 (closely), we will notice something!
- 10. For Christ [Messiah] is the end [English-Greek word "telos"] of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth.
* The English-Greek word "Telos" ["end"] can mean - to set out for a definite "Goal", or Point aimed at as a limit / "Purpose".
The Word "Christian" is commonly referred to as "Christ-Like!" He is Our Example! Of how we Should be! (John 8:31-32, 12:49)
The Word "Messianic" is commonly referred to as "Follower of Messiah, walking in His Character, Submitted to His Father! [YHWH]"
Both Revert Back to Acknowledging and Accepting - How He lived, What He Taught, And - What He/HE Did for Us!
I would say, that once a person knows that they are Dead in Sin, [When GOD's Word of Truth & Law is Opened to show them that],
realization should soon emerge, that there's a real chance for them to spend Eternal Damnation and Separation
- from the One True GOD of Heaven and Earth!
To A Smart person; That just might be the Motivation for them to run to Christ (Messiah) for His Atoning Blood
- to Cleanse them from sin; while accepting this free Gift, a fresh start unto Righteousness is claimed in the process!
(John 6:45)
If Their Heart is Right; That Fresh Start would begin with Abiding by GOD's Teachings! (i.e., HIS Law!)
Wiping Out our "Past" Sins: (Romans 3:25 - To Get To - Romans 3:31) By Faith to Establish HIS Law!
(Romans 3:25 <- After this; That we should walk by Faith in those things that are Pleasing to Our Heavenly Father! <-> Romans 3:31)

The Messiah showed example of [and Taught] how He wanted us to be [Sin No More!], once He, is used to restore or save us!
When He Healed, or Saved... We can notice that He did not want the person to sin afterward! (John 5:14, 8:11, 1 Corinthians 15:34)
** This is How The Messiah & Our Heavenly Father want us to be! **
So, when our eyes are opened, Messiah is / becomes Our Goal (Point Aimed At!)
1. To Seek His Atoning Blood to cover our Sins Past (To Bring forth a clean slate/New, or Fresh Start with GOD!)
2. Being Submitted to Both Our Heavenly Father & His Son in pleasing fashion unto Righteousness (After Fresh Start/New Creation).
3. Once Submitted; Then striving to be like Him/The Messiah - Our Example of How we Should be Towards Our Heavenly Father!
Moving On!
In (Romans 10:9-10)
- 9. That if thou shalt confess [homologeo] with thy mouth the Lord [Master] Jesus [Yahushua], and shalt believe in thine heart that
GOD hath raised Him from the dead [HE was/is able; while understanding and accepting Why it was done], thou shalt be saved.The English-Greek word "Homologeo" [Confess] here can actually mean to Covenant (Make Agreement).
--> What Agreement/Covenant do you think He wants us to make?
[Read this outline a couple of times, with righteous prayer, and you should know the answer!]
- 10. For with the heart man believeth [pisteuo] unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made [homologeo] unto salvation.
The word "Believeth" [English-Greek word "pisteuo"] can mean "to have faith in, respect to..."/"entrust".
The Agreement/Covenant that we Make with Messiah, is to strive to be like Him, once His Blood Cleanses us!
He is Our Example, and he wants us to be like Him [Not Just A Believer, but a Submitted Follower of Him! --> HIM!]
(John 8:31-32)
** He was Submitted unto His Father in Heaven! And He wants us to be that way also! **
Meaning, He abided by HIS Father's Law (HIS Will - Teachings, Instructions, and Commandments!)
This is how we are to be - Also!!!
** (John 15:14 - [His Accepted Friends - remember John 12:49], [And His/HIS Accepted Family] - Matthew 12:50) **
Remember, "The Way", will Tell us to Depart from Him, if we don't Adhere to the Above! (Matthew 7:23).
Now that we have a better understanding of Romans 10:4 & Romans 10:9-10, we will now look at Romans 10:12-13.
In Romans 10:12-13
- 12. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek:
for the same Lord [Supreme in Authority/Controller; Master] over all is rich unto all that call upon [epikaleomai] him.The English-Greek word "Epikaleomai" [that call upon] can mean to entitle; by implication to invoke (for aid, worship, testimony, decision, etc.): - appeal (unto), call (on, upon), surname.
- 13. For whosoever, shall call upon [epikaleomai - invoke] the name [onoma] of the Lord shall be saved. (Taken from Joel 2:32)
The English-Greek word "Onoma" [name] primarily means - (Authority And Character).
** In Other words; Submitted to HIS Authority, taking/walking after HIS Character! **
The Messiah (Our Example & Master) did/does this: "Not My will, But THY Will (of His Father in Heaven) Be Done!"
* The Old Testament reference of (Joel 2:32) is actually talking about The Messiah's Heavenly Father!
The Messiah came in HIS Name (Onoma) - (Submitted to HIS Authority, Walking after HIS Character).
We Are To Do The Same!
* "Jesus" is NOT His Father's Name! *

So, We can gather from the above, the following:
1. We are to Accept what The Messiah & His Father did for us!
2. We are to Look to The Messiah as Our Example of How we should be!
3. We are to Make a Covenant/Agreement with GOD [YHWH/Elohiym], once we are cleansed by the Atoning Blood of The Messiah!
4. That Agreement is to Submit to His/HIS Authority, and then walk after His/HIS Character & Instructions! (Visual Look - Page!)
Some have heard this saying: "When in Rome, do as the Romans!"
When we want to live in Heaven, We should also live as Those in Heaven! ;-)
After all, Aren't we Told to do that?
Our Father Which Art in Heaven,
Hallowed be THY Name, THY Kingdom Come, "THY Will" Be Done,
On Earth, As it is in Heaven!

So, Now, After you know what you do; What Do The Above Scriptures Really Mean? (Pray About It!!!)
Quick Synopsis!
1. Deuteronomy 28:1-15 - tell us that Blessings come when we follow GOD's Commandments!
2. The Acts 24:10-16/25:7-8 - tell us that Paul (while he Preached The Gospel), did not speak or do anything against GOD's Law!
3. Galatians 3:10, 13 - tell us that "The Curse was for everyone that Continued NOT in the writings of the book of the law."
* Messiah Shed His Blood in Redemption of the "Past" Sins [those sins done before coming to Him/new personal Covenant],
** To give a clean slate/fresh start, and opportunity for us to walk in Righteousness unto GOD! **
[When we Sin after that, the only remedy is Godly Sorrow, unto Righteous Repentance] - (2 Cor. 7:10/Heb. 10:26/2 Pet. 3:9)
4. Colossians 2:14 - The Handwriting of Ordinances [Moses' / some] that was against us, did not pertain to GOD's Ten Commandments!
5. 1 John 5:3 - Tells us Clearly, that the way we Love GOD, is by Keeping HIS Commandments!
In Scripture, many know "Job's Story". That GOD Allowed Satan, or even Suggested that Satan try Job (to test him). (Job 1:8, 2:3)
But what many don't know; Is why The LORD [YHWH] was so Confident in Job!
The next Few Verses tell us why!
Job 23:10 But HE knoweth the way that I take: when HE hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
Job 23:11 My foot hath held HIS steps, HIS way have I kept, and not declined.
Job 23:12 Neither have I gone back from the Commandment of HIS lips;
I have esteemed the words of HIS mouth more than my necessary food.(It is an Explanation of Job’s Character, and why he was quoted as being perfect and Upright in: (Job 1:1, 8, 2:3)
To know a little more; Why “The LORD” (YHWH) was willing to bet on Job/Knew Job would not be moved!
* One has to understand these verses clearly! *

What will HE find when you are tested? Will you be tried and proven like Job?

Disclaimer:
Please know, (As One Studies, You will find) that the letter "J" did not enter into the English Alphabet until roughly less than ~ 500 years ago, around the ~ 16th Century. It was the Last Letter to be added into The English Language! Also, That the name "Jesus" comes from the Greek name "IESOUS" - (which has a lot of controversy surrounding it!)
"IESOUS" is supposed to come from the Hebrew word/Name - "YaHushua" / "YaHusha".
Therefore, it is the Authors "wish" that you recognize - "YaHushua" / "YaHusha".
(Correctly "translated" ---- [not transliterated] into English = "Joshua") as the name intended throughout this outline, which (through research and Prayer) most accurately represents the closest name of our Messiah when He walked this earth.
The name "Jesus" comes up on some of the Modern Day Scripture links throughout this outline, and is kept do to the commonality of it's usage; but it is really considered more of a mis- used nick- name. Each time you see that name, please register
"YaHushua" / "Yahusha", (YHWH Saves / Saved) as the most appropriate name for Him. For almost ~ 1600 years after He (The Messiah) walked the earth, he was not called "Jesus"
- (in Prayer, or anything else).
- When the name was transliterated from the Hebrew, it lost it's meaning!

Also, while we are speaking on the Names; it is the Authors wish that you recognize YHWH, as the name intended here (also one of the most accurate names) for Our Heavenly Father.
Shortened Version - YaH (As in Psalms 68:4),
Or in the Phrase "The Highest Praise Be To YaH!" - "HalleluYaH" / (Alleluia - Revelations 19)
For Outline Purposes, you might see the word "GOD", or the words "The LORD" here; again because of the Commonality of it's usage! I do Recognize HIM as The Supreme "Elohiym" (Or The Mighty "El"), and as The LORD of Lords! (Ruler/Master of Rulers/Masters).
Although no one can truly say/pronounce HIS name besides "I AM THAT I AM", or "Hayah Asher Hayah" [English-Hebrew] in (Exodus 3:14). In (Exodus 6:3), most might actually see HIS name as JEHOVAH, or "The LORD" in most of today's Bibles, but the word/Letters that were actually there, and Should be there now are "YHWH" called the Tetragrammaton. And Since the Letters "E", "O", "A" (vowels) were added, and the letters "J", and "V" Did Not Exist in The English Language At The Time! I choose to use a closer name version here - "YaHuaH" or "YaHWeH" (from YHWH) - adding 0 to 2 letters (for pronunciation purposes), instead of Five! You might see during this Outline that I chose to use either above or "YHWH" plainly many times instead of "The LORD", or "GOD" (which are plug-ins, in the Bibles that we read today).
Either way, Our Heavenly Father searches our Hearts to see what's in there. Whether ignorant of certain things, or not, HE will search our Hearts! The Scriptures do have a lot of emphasis on HIS Name; and The Holy Scriptures also tell us to Study to show ourselves approved... Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth! ------- I am striving to do that! ------- Are you doing the same...?

So What Does GOD Forbid? Answer: Making "The Law" Void Through Faith!

7. What shall we say then? Is the Law Sin? GOD Forbid!
Nay, I would not have known sin, but through The Law;

In (Romans 7:7, 12-14, 22) What is said? (The Law is Holy, Commandment Holy, Just and Good!)
Do we/should we get rid of that? (In Scripture), The Answer is: GOD Forbid!!!
He (Paul) Clearly States that The Law Pointed Out Sin!
This enabled him to "See" and Avoid Sin, because - by The Law, Sin Became Exceedingly Sinful.
It is Sort of Like Putting Out a Big Red "STOP" Sign, when it comes to doing Bad Things!
Then it becomes up to you, whether you will Obey The Sign or Not!
But Remember... Even in our Society, there are consequences when we Ignore The Law!
